3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of consultation or site inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or installation requirements are discovered. We will communicate any pricing changes and obtain approval before performing additional work whenever possible.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on installer availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
5. Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products and materials, while labor warranties may be provided on qualifying installation services. Warranty coverage varies depending on the products installed and services performed.
